Create Deluxe Menu using Deluxe Tuner application. Click "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" buttons to create your menu. You can create your own menu appearance or use ready to use Templates. Set common menu parameters for all items such as orientation of menu and submenus, menu position, size, color, font style, background images, shadow, effects, icons, alignment and may others. Select item by clicking it and change item's text, link, link target attribute, tooltip, icons for normal and mouse over states. Save your menu as data file or export to HTML page.
HOW CREATE EXPANDING MENUS
To create dhtml drop down menu you should choose the number of buttons in menu. Let's take 5 for example. There is default menu already in Deluxe Tuner. You can change the exist one or create the new one. Let's click "New Project" button on the toolbar. There is one item in the menu now. So let's add four more buttons. To do it you should click "Add Item" button situated in the main window four times. 
You'll see that there are 5 items now in the work area.
Now it's time to define the menu's orientation. Let's say you want the menu to be horizontal. To do it set "isHorizontal" to "true" in the parameters list in Common section on the Main Window.
After doing so you'll have the following menu in the preview.
DESCRIPTION
